Information Technology Support Analyst

Location: Bengaluru, India (Full-time)

We’re seeking an IT Support Analyst to ensure smooth technology operations, support internal teams, and uphold the integrity of our digital workplace infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-User Support: Provide frontline technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and access-related issues across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • Systems & Device Management: Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, mobile devices, VPNs, and access controls in accordance with AhinsaAI’s security policies.
  • Access & Identity: Administer and audit identity and access management tools (SSO, 2FA, permission groups), ensuring secure and compliant user provisioning.
  • Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalate where necessary, and document resolutions within SLAs.
  • Collaboration Tools & Infra: Support smooth functioning of internal tools (Slack, Notion, Zoom, GSuite, Microsoft 365, Jira) and help optimize team workflows.
  • IT Hygiene & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of assets, SOPs, IT policies, and helpdesk operations — contributing to ongoing compliance and audits.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications like CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in IT support or system administration roles in fast-paced tech, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
  • Tech Stack & Tools: Experience with endpoint management (Jamf, Intune, MDM tools), ticketing systems (Freshservice, Zendesk, Jira), and common SaaS admin consoles.
  • Security Awareness: Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and committed to keeping systems running efficiently and securely.
  • Team Fit: Empathetic communicator with a service-first mindset - ready to support mission-driven teams solving high-stakes challenges.
