This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support professional with one year of experience. The position is based in Rohini, New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computer issues, and supporting the IT systems of the organization. Additionally, they will handle help desk queries and ensure the overall efficiency and functionality of the technology infrastructure.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for IT-related issues
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Knowledge of Desktop Computers and related hardware/software systems
• Basic understanding of Information Technology tools and practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills for supporting diverse teams
• Good communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are an added advantage
