This is a full-time hybrid position for an Information Technology Specialist, based in Mumbai with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves managing and maintaining IT systems, performing network administration tasks, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure. The IT Specialist will provide technical assistance to clients, ensure secure and efficient technology operations, and contribute to a reliable customer support experience.

• Experience in Network Administration and Network Security
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Strong emphasis on Customer Service skills and client support
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to a fast-paced role
• Familiarity with the latest IT security tools and protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications in IT or network security (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
