This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage IT infrastructure across two locations. The candidate will play a pivotal role in digitizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth ERP adoption, and maintaining IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Ambad Factory (Manufacturing – Primary Focus)
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (Zoho) for production, stores, and purchase modules.
- Manage data migration and entry for new client onboarding.
- Train staff on ERP usage and ensure compliance across departments.
- Provide ongoing IT support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Document processes, workflows, and ERP usage guidelines.
- Gangapur Road Office (Secondary – Limited Scope)
- Conduct one-time asset management and hardware infrastructure setup.
- Maintain IT asset logs and resolve occasional issues.
- Perform weekly check-ins to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong background in IT hardware and software management.
- Proven experience in ERP systems implementation (Zoho preferred).
- Excellent documentation and process mapping skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Bing, Gemini) for documentation and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Local to Nasik (preferred) for ease of coordination.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
