Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 46 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should have strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and ServiceNow development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Implement and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer automations
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defects
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills
- 46 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
- Strong experience in ITSM modules
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
Certification
- ServiceNow ITSM Certification Mandatory
