High level Requirement

• Experience with Service Now ITSM and ITAM suite of applications
• Experience working in an Agile software development and Software quality assurance environment
• Experience with Manual and Automation testing
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain test cases/scripts for manual and automation testing
• Develop test automation solution across multiple platform (Web, UI, API)
• Perform Functional, SIT , Regression, Performance testing
• Clearly communicate issues/ defects/risks to appropriate resources in a timely manner
• Collaborate and work closely with Developers to design specific testing strategies for the features being developed and automate them .
• Great attention to detail and ability to identify , isolate and document defects.
• Collaborate with team members, coach, provide guidance and assist to upskill junior team members
