Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support IT Service Management processes. You will work closely with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment, translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence, and related applications).
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat feeds, etc.).
Implement automation for security workflows, playbooks, and response actions.
Customize UI, forms, and dashboards for security operations teams.
Ensure compliance with security best practices, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with security analysts, architects, and developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SecOps modules and integrations.
Document technical designs, workflows, and integration specifications.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
