Title: Director- IT Delivery
Skills- Must have experience in Travel Domain, Application development, Outcome based/Fixed price engagements
Location: Greater Noida, campus
We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Leader to oversee endtoend delivery for largescale application development programs executed under fixed price and outcomebased commercial models. The Director Delivery will be responsible for delivery governance, financial performance, customer satisfaction, engineering excellence, and risk management across a complex portfolio of engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management & Governance
- Lead delivery for multitrack application development/modernization programs within the TTH domain.
- Establish governance frameworks including KPIs/OKRs, RAID, quality gates, compliance, and risk audits.
- Ensure predictable delivery across scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
Financial & Commercial Ownership (P&L)
- Manage P&L for fixedprice and outcomebased engagements, ensuring strong margin performance.
- Oversee revenue recognition, billing milestones, cost baselines, and productivity metrics.
- Drive CR (Change Request) management and protect the financial health of programs.
Stakeholder & Customer Leadership
- Engage with CXO/senior client stakeholders across airlines, travel, or hospitality businesses.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, transparent reporting, and proactive risk communication.
- Manage multivendor landscapes and crossfunctional internal teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead engineering, QA, architecture, DevOps, product, and PMO teams across locations.
- Coach Delivery Managers/Senior PMs; build highperformance delivery culture.
- Drive engineering best practices: CI/CD, automation, cloud adoption, security, and observability.
PreSales & Solution Support
- Support deal shaping, estimations, SoW/MSA reviews, and delivery commitments for TTH clients.
- Participate in orals, customer presentations, and due diligence for new programs.
- Validate solution architecture and delivery models for TTH-specific use cases.
Risk, Compliance & Delivery Assurance
- Maintain delivery assurance frameworks with continuous monitoring and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with InfoSec, aviation industry regulations, data privacy, and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 18+ years in IT delivery; 710+ years leading large programs.
- Proven success delivering fixed price and outcomebased engagements.
- Experience managing portfolios worth $10M$30M or large multiyear programs.
- Strong background in Agile/SAFe, DevOps/CICD, cloud engineering, microservices/API.
- Excellent stakeholder management at Director/CXO levels.
- Engineering/Computer Science degree; PMP/SAFe/ITIL preferred.

- Hospitality platforms, property management systems, or travel retail technologies.
- Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, Power BI.
