Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist, located in New Delhi. The role involves selling IT products, generating leads, managing accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, providing product information, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with the sales and technical teams to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• IT Sales and Sales-related skills
• Knowledge of Information Technology and related products
• Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IT hardware industry is a plus
• EMEA Sales experience needed
