Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The role involves building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and understanding customer needs to provide tailored IT solutions. The Specialist will also manage client accounts, maintain effective communication to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT Sales and Information Technology fundamentals
- Ability to effectively generate new leads and acquire potential clients
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in understanding client requirements and translating them into appropriate IT solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in IT sales roles is highly regarded
