Role Description

We are seeking an Information Technology Sales Manager specializing in the System Integration (SI) industry for a full-time on-site role. Candidates must come from a System Integrator (SI) or IT

company and have a strong client network in Enterprise and/or Government sectors.

The role involves driving IT sales initiatives, generating leads, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities in the SI domain. Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and contributing to organizational growth in IT services and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in IT Sales and Sales strategy development - Minimum 10 years of experience in IT solutions/services sales
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Information Technology industry and System Integration solutions
  • Experience in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within the SI industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with the latest IT trends and technologies, including cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or government institutions is an advantage
