We're Hiring for Sales Manager (IT Solutions and Enterprise Hunting)

Key Responsibilities
New Account Acquisition: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across large corporate enterprises and government accounts.
CxO Engagement: Conduct discovery meetings and pitch tailored tech solutions to C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and Procurement Heads).
Ecosystem Collaboration: Build joint go-to-market initiatives and align closely with leading OEMs, distributors, and internal presales/delivery teams.
Deal Governance: Drive complex sales cycles, including managing RFIs, RFPs, commercial submissions, and contract negotiations.
Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain meticulous tracking and forecasting within CRM systems to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Business Development & Lead Generation: Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, cold visits, networking, referrals, partner ecosystems, events, and digital channels.
Qualifications & Skills
Domain Expertise: A strong foundational understanding of IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud, Virtualization, Networking, or Cybersecurity concepts.
Proven Track Record: 5–8 years of B2B solution-selling experience with a documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The Hunting Edge: A passion for business acquisition, unmatched resilience, and sharp commercial acumen.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech preferred. Candidates with a BCA + MCA or strong, relevant IT sales experience are highly encouraged to apply. (MBA is a desirable bonus!)
