About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Indian market and a passion for generating high-quality leads for IT services. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and creating business opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

* Promote IT services, including:

* Data Analytics

* Data Engineering

* AWS Cloud Services

* Application Development

* AI Solutions

* Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.

* Use Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.

* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach.

• Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 1–4 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in the Indian market.

* Hands-on experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience targeting clients in the **Dubai** and **APAC** regions is an added advantage.

* Basic understanding of IT services such as Cloud, Data Engineering, AI, and Application Development.

* Exposure to AWS services is a plus.
