Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Information Technology Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and generating leads, onboarding new clients, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will closely collaborate with technology and development teams to align client needs with NicheSolv's solutions, build long-term relationships with clients, and drive sustainable business growth through effective IT sales initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in IT Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology concepts, industry trends, and emerging solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft tailored solutions for clients needs.
  • Prior experience in B2B or enterprise sales is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
