We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web and mobile apptechnologies and a strong ability to consult, pitch, and close deals with clients. Your main role will be to identify business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, etc.)
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the business analyst and tech team to draft proposals, estimates, and project scopes.
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and sales activity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in a web/mobile app development agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of web/app technologies (CMS, Laravel, MERN, Flutter, etc.).
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B IT consulting or agency sales.
- Prior work with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
- Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Zoho CRM.
