Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Bhopal. This role focuses on sourcing top-tier IT talent for our US Public Sector clients, supporting existing resources and employees already deployed on projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, and a strong understanding of technical roles across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles aligned with US Public Sector requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and project demands.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Perform Ceipal uploads for all sourced candidates, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
- Share shortlisted profiles with the internal recruitment team to initiate the next steps in the hiring process.
- Track candidate progress through various stages and follow up proactively to ensure smooth coordination
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in IT recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0.5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours across UK and US shifts.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bhopal.
- Any experience with US Staffing firm is a plus.
