Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 23 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates till onboarding
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Collaborate with internal teams for hiring drives and recruitment initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, Support, DevOps, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in product-based or service-based IT hiring (preferred but not mandatory)
