Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 23 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates till onboarding
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Collaborate with internal teams for hiring drives and recruitment initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, Support, DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in product-based or service-based IT hiring (preferred but not mandatory)
