Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and niche roles
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Build strong pipelines through market mapping, headhunting & networking
- Drive candidate experience and ensure timely closures
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably leadership or niche hiring)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in direct sourcing / headhunting is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
