- Looking for an IT Recruiter with 26 years of experience in end-to-end technical hiring.
- Must be well-versed with job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, FoundIT.
- Hands-on experience using Keka ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing recruitment workflows.
- Strong ability to source and close roles across Java, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, Data, ERP, QA, etc.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to screening, coordinating interviews, negotiation & offer rollout.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Should be proficient in Excel (dashboards, trackers) and PowerPoint (reports, presentations).
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requisitions efficiently.
- Experience with vendor coordination, referrals, and proactive market mapping.
