IT Recruiter (EMEA, APAC and Domestic hiring)

Venue: 619-621. 6th Floor, Tower B, The ITHUM, Sector 62, Noida

Work from Office: 5 days/week

Shift time- 01:30 to 10:30 pm (IST)

Must Have skills: 6+ Months in SAP ERP Recruitment (EMEA, APAC and Domestic hiring for Middle east, USA Clients).

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing and closing positions within defined timelines
  • 6+ Months of experience in IT recruitment (EMEA, APAC and Domestic hiring for Middle east, USA Clients).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (Oracle, SAP ERP, Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, ERP, etc.).
  • Experience using job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end EMEA, APAC and Domestic hiring for Middle east, USA Clients IT hiring across India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions across various skill sets and levels. This role requires deep understanding of the Indian IT job market, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (Junior to Senior level).
  • Understand technical job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche skill requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality hiring standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
