Job Title: Recruitment & Digital Business Development Specialist

Location: India (Remote/Hybrid – Preferred: Gurugram / Hyderabad)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM IST – 10:00 PM IST (to support US/Canada business hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment & Digital Business Development Specialist to support our growing consulting and staff augmentation business in North America. This role combines technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, and digital marketing/business development activities to help drive talent acquisition and client growth.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing recruitment operations with digital outreach and lead generation initiatives, particularly for technology consulting and staff augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and recruit technology professionals across areas such as:
  • Software Engineering
  • Cloud & DevOps
  • QA Automation
  • Data & AI
  • Retail & E-commerce Technologies
  • Enterprise Applications
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and job boards to identify qualified candidates.
  • Perform resume screening, initial candidate assessments, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct recruiter screening calls to evaluate:
  • Technical background
  • Communication skills
  • Client fit
  • Availability and compensation expectations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants for contract and full-time opportunities.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases, ATS systems, and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Digital Business Development & Marketing

  • Support lead generation activities for consulting and staff augmentation services.
  • Execute digital outreach campaigns through:
  • LinkedIn
  • Email marketing
  • Business networking platforms
  • Research prospective clients in industries such as:
  • Retail
  • E-commerce
  • Consumer Goods (CPG)
  • Enterprise Technology
  • Identify hiring opportunities and staffing needs across target companies.
  • Assist in preparing outreach lists, prospect databases, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and engagement tracking.
  • Support website content, social media updates, and employer branding activities.
  • Help create presentations, marketing collateral, and recruitment campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT staffing or technology consulting.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for technology roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Naukri
  • Indeed
  • Dice / Monster
  • Understanding of technology skillsets such as:
  • Java / Full Stack
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure)
  • DevOps
  • QA Automation
  • Data Engineering / AI
  • E-commerce Platforms
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or business outreach is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good written English and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in US/Canada IT staffing.
  • Exposure to staff augmentation or consulting business models.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach automation, CRM tools, or email campaign platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing tools.
  • Experience supporting B2B lead generation.
