Role Overview
We're looking for a high-ownership Project / Delivery Manager who can drive end-to-end execution across multiple client and internal projects. You will be responsible for taking projects from requirement gathering → execution → deployment → support (AMC) while ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects
- Manage cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Stakeholders)
- Drive Agile/Scrum processes – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and risk management
- Act as the primary client interface for project updates and coordination
- Handle post-deployment support (AMC) and continuous improvements
- Track project progress, dependencies, and performance metrics
What are we looking for
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Project / Delivery Management
- Strong experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in IT services / client-facing roles
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & execution skills
- Ability to work across different tech stacks & teams
Nice to have
- Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Enterprise Solutions
- Exposure to ERP implementations
- Experience with IoT / System Integrations / Data Platforms
