PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Oversees all aspects of project
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Familiar to do the infra setup from the scratch
- Having exposure with IT projects planning, organizing, implementation and deployment
- Need to manage computer networks, servers, and entire infrastructure
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Plans, directs, and coordinates new client launches as the interface for IT team
- Plans, directs, and coordinates new facility start-ups
- Plans, directs, and coordinates requirements gathering in support of business objectives
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the breakdown, relocation, and setup of facility for site relocations, site upgrades, and new location builds.
- Understanding of Servers, Storage, SFTP and Data center set up.
- Understanding of DHCP, VLAN, Zscaler, Firewall, and Aspect/Genesys platform
