Urgent Opening for IT PMO in a leading bank .
Location-Kolkata
Support the IT PMO and Governance function by driving project tracking, portfolio reporting, governance compliance, and stakeholder coordination across banking technology projects. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing dashboards and MIS, supporting PM methodologies, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor IT projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
- Maintain project portfolios, dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
- Analyze project data and provide insights for stakeholder decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance frameworks, processes, and standards.
- Coordinate with IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders for timely project delivery.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Support compliance with banking regulations, audits, and IT governance requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in IT PMO, Project Management, or IT Governance.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Technology environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- PMP, CSM, or other Project Management certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
