Requirements
Candidate must have started career as Developer / Software Engineer / Technical role. Transitioned later into Project Manager role. Minimum 4+ years overall experience. Minimum 1+ years experience in IT Project Management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Web and Mobile application projects
- Develop detailed:
- Project plans
- Execution strategies
- Project documentation
- Ensure project delivery within:
- Scope
- Budget
- Timelines
- Handle multiple projects and clients across geographies
- Coordinate with:
- Development teams
- Sales teams
- Account managers
- Clients and stakeholders
- Manage:
- Project estimation
- Planning
- Tracking
- Scope control
- Risk & issue management
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates regularly
- Escalate critical issues and drive resolution proactively
- Lead Agile project execution and SDLC processes
- Ensure effective utilization of project resources and team bandwidth
- Mentor and motivate team members to achieve delivery goals
- Build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
