Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Planning and Program Management skills to structure, schedule, and oversee multiple concurrent IT initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and make informed decisions on risks and priorities.
- Candidates should possess a sound foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with web and mobile development lifecycles and common software tools.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, and to produce clear documentation and reports.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with Agile or other modern project management methodologies, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in IT project management.
- Prior experience managing software development or digital product projects in an agency or tech environment is highly beneficial.
