We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for our organization. This is a 6-month contractual opportunity for someone who can drive execution, coordinate stakeholders, manage vendors, and ensure successful ERP deployment within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation project, ensuring successful planning, execution, and deployment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Operations, Finance, IT, and Leadership teams) to gather requirements and align business needs.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify process gaps and recommend system improvements to optimize organizational workflows.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management activities.
- Track issues, dependencies, and risks while ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare regular project status updates and reports for leadership.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, implementation steps, and handover activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager / ERP Project Manager.
- Prior experience in ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into system processes.
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
