Information Technology Project Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and Implement tools, standards and processes to ensure that IT projects are successfully planned, initiated, executed, implemented, and delivered.
• Propose new methods to ensure the continued effectiveness of the Project management function.
• Manage planning, execution, and implementation of assigned projects.
• Use project management processes, standards, templates and tools that support on-time, on-budget delivery of the assigned projects.
• Identify resources required for the assigned projects.
• Be available when and where the Services are required.
• Manage project budgets and minimize project costs wherever possible and practical.
• Management of project quality, cost, and time constraints.
• Work with senior management, project sponsors and all stakeholders to ensure business requirements and objectives are clearly documented and managed throughout the life of the project.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, tasks, and resources.
• Lead the development of project plans and associated communications in compliance with the project management framework.
• Prepare agendas, chair, and document weekly project status meetings with stakeholders and prepare required project update reports for Director and stakeholders.
• Use the appropriate tools, standards and processes to ensure that Digital Transformation projects are successfully planned, initiated, executed, implemented, and completed.
• Lead working sessions to develop detailed specifications, integration and process requirements, solution design documents, test cases with acceptance criteria, and appropriate production readiness deliverables.
• Manage project risk through regular quality assurance and risk reviews

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences

Professional Experience:

05 years of overall experience in IT Function preferably in Project Management
