Are you experienced in handling government or PSU IT projects and navigating GeM, DPRs, and compliance frameworks
We're looking for a result-driven IT Project Manager to lead high-impact public sector projects at Cygnus Advertising (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Salary: Compensation: Industry standards
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end IT projects for Government/PSU clients
- Prepare DPRs, project plans, budgets & timelines
- Handle stakeholder coordination (Govt officials, vendors, teams)
- Ensure compliance with GeM, GFR, CVC guidelines
- Track execution using tools like MS Project / Jira
What We're Looking For:
- 58 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Experience with Government / PSU projects (must)
- Strong understanding of procurement & compliance processes
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Bonus If You Have:
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in e-Governance / Smart City / Digital India projects
