Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong PLM expertise, particularly in Siemens Teamcenter, to lead and deliver complex Engineering IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing global PLM projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Engineering IT and PLM-related projects with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed and flexible project plans aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment across geographically distributed teams
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates, reports, and documentation
- Support PLM application lifecycle activities including implementations, upgrades, and migrations
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Strong hands-on experience managing PLM projects, with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter
- Good understanding of ECAD, MCAD, or ALM systems
- Experience with application management, system upgrades, and data migrations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and MS Project
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global delivery and offshore teams
- Exposure to engineering or manufacturing domain environments
- PMP or other Project Management certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
