Job Description – IT Project Coordinator

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Work Mode: Work From Office (Onsite)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: International Shift

Experience: 4-5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of IT projects for our international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, along with a good understanding of web and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as a point of coordination between international clients, internal teams, developers, designers, QA, and management.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, updates, and priorities.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow up with internal teams regarding project deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Identify project risks, delays, and issues and escalate them to the concerned stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.
• Ensure clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Maintain regular project status updates for management and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in IT Project Coordination / Project Management.
• Experience working with international clients is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of website development / IT projects.
• Basic understanding of technologies such as PHP, WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS, or similar web technologies is an advantage.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an international shift.
