Job Description

Position: Business Analyst ( Project Coordination )

Experience: 35 Years

Location: Jaipur (Work from Client Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and the technical team for Salesforce-related initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and validation of Salesforce implementations.
  • Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and support project governance activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Support change management and training initiatives for end-users.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to QA and Project Coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (functional knowledge, user stories, workflows, reporting).
  • Experience in Lending & Loans domain (preferred).
  • Ability to prepare and execute test cases, manage UAT cycles, and ensure defect closure.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Exposure to integration projects in financial services.
