Job Title: Project Coordinator (IT Industry)
Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in end-to-end project coordination and execution.
Prepare and maintain project management deliverables such as project charter, project plan/schedule, risk & issue tracker, communication plan, stakeholder mapping, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and weekly status reports.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain project records in an organized manner.
Standardize processes and create templates for project deliverables.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and track project progress and KPIs.
Assist in resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Handle knowledge management activities and support internal trainings.
Manage document onboarding and offboarding processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 1.5 years of experience in the IT industry.
Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Familiarity with project management methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic problem-solving, critical thinking, and coordination skills.
Mandatory Requirement (AI Tools):
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Grok, or Cursor is mandatory.
Candidates must be proficient in using these tools for documentation, reporting, research, and improving project workflows and efficiency.
