Role Description The Information Technology Product Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Pakt's AI-powered hiring and ATS products. This role involves gathering and prioritizing business requirements, translating user needs into clear product specifications, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features. The Product Manager will analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to inform decisions, refine processes, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing backlogs, running discovery and stakeholder sessions, defining success metrics, coordinating releases, and ensuring high-quality product documentation. The role also includes partnering with customers and internal teams to continuously improve user experience, scalability, and reliability of Pakt's technology offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management skills, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Solid Information Technology knowledge, with experience working closely with engineering, data, and cloud-based SaaS products.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret product data, user metrics, and market insights to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Ability to translate Business Requirements into clear specifications and align them with Business Process improvements and product workflows.
• Experience in AI, recruitment technology, HR tech, or enterprise software is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping successful products and iterating based on user feedback and data.
