Job Summary:
Drive IT procurement strategy, vendor management, and cost optimization for software, hardware, and services while ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT procurement and sourcing
- Lead vendor negotiations, RFx, contracts, and renewals
- Drive cost savings through market analysis and benchmarking
- Manage vendor performance and relationships
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal on budgets and compliance
- Maintain procurement data, analytics, and governance standards
Experience & Qualifications:
- 9–12 years procurement experience; 5+ years in IT procurement (BFSI preferred)
- Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of IT licensing, sourcing, and procurement tools (SAP Ariba/ServiceNow/Oracle)
- Graduate required; MBA preferred

Preferred:
- CPSM/CPIM/CSCP certifications
- Cloud procurement (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience
