Position: Procurement Manager (IT Products)
Base location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budgets.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware ( TV , Tablets, Interactive Panels etc.) software licenses and other related services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and other internal departments to forecast needs and ensure alignment with procurement policies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics that could impact procurement decisions.
- Manage the procurement to pay cycle for IT PO release.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, ITIL) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT procurement , preferably in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services including hardware, software licensing, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ) and vendor management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
