Job Description IT Operations Senior Specialist-Bellandur,Bangalore

Position is Hybrid- 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH

Role Purpose (Why do we need this role)

The IT Operations Senior Specialist serves as the senior member of the IT Operations Team supporting the Swire Infrastructure. This role acts as the primary escalation point of contact for client concerns related to infrastructure services.

Role Accountabilities (What is this role responsible for delivering)

•Oversee the IT infrastructure support team, ensuring the management and support of Swire's critical infrastructure aligns with the contract terms.

•Contribute to IT Manager-assigned projects as required.

•Must be customer-focused, with excellent English communication skills, and can confidently communicate with different levels of users in the organization.

•Must be motivated to learn, willing to be trained, and can keep abreast of new IT innovations.

•4-5 years relevant experience as Technical Support

•1 year working as System and Network administrator
