Roles and responsibilities

Lead and manage 247 IT Command Center operations with continuous monitoring and observability

Oversee incident, problem, and RCA management ensuring SLA, MTTD, and MTTR targets

Drive proactive monitoring using APM, NMS, Grafana, and KPI/KRI tracking

Manage and develop a high-performing operations team in a 247 environment

Prepare governance reports and communicate effectively with senior leadership

Requires strong ITIL knowledge, BFSI experience, and deep infrastructure & application expertise
