Location: Dhantoli, Nagpur
Salary: 60,000 75,000/month ( based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site (No Work from Home)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle clients with professionalism.
What You'll be doing:
- Manage and lead the internal team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee and lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Handle client communication and ensure a smooth operations process.
- Coordinate across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Training and aligning the team to their own campaigns and targets
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare reports, track progress, and share updates with management and clients.
What We are looking for:
- Proven 3+ years of experience in managerial role and overall 7+ years of experience in operations.
- Experience of handling a team of at least 15 people.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Client-handling experience with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field (preferred).
- Agency Background & Knowledge of Crypto and Gaming is a plus.
