Senior Associate – Application Support || IT Security || IFS || PAN India
Job Summary:
Tech Hub drives the company's technology goals by supporting new technology adoption, managing risks, and delivering data insights. The Senior Associate will provide second-line application support, resolving complex technical issues to ensure smooth application operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and teamwork across IT functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve 2nd level application support issues and track tickets for timely closure.
- Maintain and update technical documentation like guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure continuous service delivery and system-wide issue resolution.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and problem determination adhering to SLAs.
- Assist in system analysis and support improvements to performance and reliability.
- Support developers by enabling structured deployment environments and contributing to DevOps pipeline management.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in application support roles with cloud services and PaaS.
- Strong understanding of software development and application platform operations.
- Proficiency with ticketing/support tools.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience: 7+ years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications preferred.
