Must-Have Skills Category Skills / Experience Required Experience 4–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Operations Language French language proficiency – speaking and writing Ability to communicate in French & English via phone and email Command Centre Operations Experience in Command Centre / Control Room operations Monitoring infrastructure and applicative alerts Performing health checks (Start of Business / End of Business) Incident monitoring, triage, and escalation to business Operating Systems Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix (L1/L2 level) IT Infrastructure Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure concepts Ability to bridge incident calls with business teams Production Support 24×7 rotational shift support experience Ability to multitask across multiple processes ITSM & Operations Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem) Experience handling ITSM tools (ServiceNow mandatory exposure) Monitoring & Event Mgmt Good knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools Understanding of Event Management in infrastructure Soft Skills Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to handle incident crisis calls calmly
