Information Technology Network Engineer

Role: - IT Network

Location: - Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Requirements are as below

• Experience: 3–5 years in network troubleshooting and support.
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco devices.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and command-line troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Wireshark or similar packet analysis tools.
• Excellent customer handling skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Open-shift Administrator

Preferred Attributes

• Industry certifications such as CCNA, PCNSE, NSE are a plus.
• Experience in handling escalations and incident management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
