Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven IT Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead Azure-based deployment initiatives and manage cross-functional delivery for critical healthcare platforms. The role involves driving end-to-end execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth cutover and operational readiness across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical delivery planning and execution for Azure East deployments (NPD/Production)
- Manage cross-team dependencies across infrastructure, Citrix, connectivity, and platform teams
- Coordinate cutover readiness including Epic servers, Citrix, Kuiper updates, and external access (Haiku/Canto)
- Ensure operational handoff readiness (Knowledge Transfer, environment URLs, SystemPulse/Kuiper readiness)
- Lead delivery governance including RAID reviews, dependency tracking, and cutover bridge coordination
- Provide clear and concise status updates highlighting risks, blockers, and required decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and delivery milestones
- Drive process improvements and ensure smooth execution of deployment lifecycle
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in technical program delivery or IT project management
- Strong experience in cloud migration or infrastructure delivery projects
- Hands-on understanding of Azure infrastructure and deployment processes
- Proven experience managing complex cross-team dependencies
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub for code management and documentation
- Experience working in large enterprise environments (healthcare domain is a plus)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in US shift and manage global teams
