Role Overview
- Manage business applications, IT infrastructure, and digital initiatives for the unit across two business segments.
- Drive implementation of new technologies, ensure IT compliance, and provide seamless support to users with limited resources.
Key Challenges
- Manage multiple software/custom apps: Barcode, RFID, Datalog applications, Masibus, EIMS, Gate Entry, IIOT
- Handle diverse processes across 2 business segments with a lean team/resources.
- Implement & stay updated on emerging tech: IIOT, RFID, EWS, SDWAN, etc.
- Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity via SDWAN, Switches/Routers/Hubs across multiple BUs on shared LAN
- Align & implement BIT/CIT policies at the unit level; drive information security compliance.
Decision-Making Boundaries
- Recommend software budget for business applications in coordination with the Business IT Team.
- Coordinate with COS for Oracle Apps open calls/issues for the unit.
- Implement IT audit points and BIT/CIT policies at the unit level.
- Drive information security compliance & user enablement/training
Position Specification
Education: M.I.T / M.C.A
Experience: 5–8 years in the Manufacturing industry, Oracle ERP environment.
Technical Skills: Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, LAN/WAN, SDWAN, IIOT, RFID, Barcode, Datalog apps.
