Information Technology Manager

Job Title: IT Executive / IT Manager

Location: Jaipur ( On-site as required)

Department: Information Technology

Reports To: Operations Head / Managing Director

Budget: 4,00,000 – 5,40,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to oversee and manage all IT operations across our offices in India and UAE. The ideal candidate will handle website maintenance, hardware and software management, data security, and IT infrastructure support — ensuring seamless technology operations across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, networks, and peripherals.

• Manage IT assets and ensure optimal performance of all hardware and software systems.

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, service contracts, and support.

2. Website & Application Management

• Manage and update company websites (content, performance, and security).

• Coordinate with web developers/agencies for enhancements and troubleshooting.

• Support integration of website with CRM, ERP, and other business applications.

3. Software & Data Management

• Ensure installation and licensing compliance of OS and business applications.

• Support implementation of ERP/CRM software and handle user access controls.

• Maintain data security, backups, and recovery processes.

4. Network & Cybersecurity

• Monitor network connectivity and implement cybersecurity measures.

• Manage antivirus, firewalls, and data protection systems.

• Ensure adherence to IT policies in line with company and regulatory standards.

5. Technical Support & User Assistance

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees across India and UAE.

• Troubleshoot system errors, hardware failures, and software issues promptly.

• Conduct basic IT training for staff on new systems or tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or web management (preferably in a multinational setup).

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, network systems, cloud storage, and data security tools.

• Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) and basic HTML/CSS preferred.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to manage IT operations independently across multiple locations.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to UAE and Indian IT regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience with ERP or HRMS systems implementation and support.

• Understanding of remote connectivity tools and VPN configurations.
