Quantasis is seeking a full-time Information Technology Manager to lead and oversee technology initiatives, ensuring seamless system operations and strategic alignment with business goals. This is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, overseeing system security, implementing innovative technologies, leading IT projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation. The IT Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a secure and efficient technology environment.

• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, network management, and system security
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience in application development, system architecture, and integration
• Knowledge of quality assurance automation, system monitoring, and system performance optimization
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze business requirements and align IT strategies to meet objectives
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with professional certifications in areas such as AWS, Azure, or ITIL as a plus
• Prior experience managing IT teams and handling enterprise-scale systems
