About the Role
Qualification: BE Computers /IT Experience: 8+ years, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Linux and Windows systems
- Manage system backups, patches, and upgrades to maintain system security and integrity.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring that all systems, networks, and services run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
- Implement and manage security measures for both Linux and Windows systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.
- Oversee virtualization, storage, networking, and server management across both Linux and Windows platforms.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.
- Work closely with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely support and procurement of necessary IT resources.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications
BE Computers /IT Experience: 8+ years, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Required Skills
- In-depth experience with both Linux & Windows
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Expertise in scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring, security, and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Pay range and compensation package
