Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 technical issues across 60+ products
- Coordinate with POD and Engineering teams for issue escalation
- Follow up with students and maintain proper documentation
- Rotational shifts with weekend/holiday roster
