Role Description

SunsysTechsol is looking for an enthusiastic and technology-oriented Information Technology Intern to support the team in various IT and technology-related activities.

The intern will gain practical exposure to IT operations, troubleshooting, software and systems, digital platforms, technical documentation, and technology projects while working remotely with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical activities.
• Support basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with website, software, and digital platform testing.
• Support software installation, configuration, and basic maintenance.
• Assist with basic network and system-related activities.
• Monitor and report technical issues under supervision.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources.
• Assist in managing IT-related data and records.
• Research emerging technologies, tools, and IT solutions.
• Follow standard IT security, confidentiality, and data-protection practices.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and project discussions.
• Complete assigned technical tasks within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech/BE, MCA, Diploma in IT, or a related program.
• Basic understanding of Information Technology and computer systems.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows/Linux is beneficial.
• Understanding of networking and basic troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow organizational processes.
