Job Description

How you can make a difference.

Provide first-level IT support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues).
Install, configure, and update user systems, servers, and applications.
Monitor and manage IT assets, ensuring availability and reliability.
Assist with maintaining IT infrastructure (network, firewalls, switches, surveillance systems, etc.).
Support IT inventory management and procurement processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and security practices.

What all you need.

Strong understanding of computer hardware (laptops, printers, network peripherals).
Familiarity with operating systems: Windows, Linux, MacOS.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi/LAN).
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and CCNA-level concepts.
Basic knowledge of IT security principles.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization concepts
Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork ability.
Eagerness to learn and grow in IT.
